Project services

Following a successful tender process, DFP Services are the appointed provider of Fire & Security Service and Maintenance for Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council. The 4-year contract is comprised of the following services:

  • Fire and Intruder Alarms
  • Emergency Lighting
  • Monitoring Services – alarm activations
  • Access Control
  • CCTV

As a Council, Rotherham MBC is responsible for a wide variety of buildings including sheltered housing schemes, schools, care homes, offices, markets, and community centers.

As a 24/7/365 contractor, we provide a truly 24-hour service for all of Rotherham MBC’s sites, responding to emergencies in 4 hours.

This contract commenced during the global COVID-19 pandemic. As an essential service, we have implemented robust measures to continue working safely during the COVID-19 pandemic. These measures include implementing a robust COVID-19 Business Continuity Plan and risk assessment. Our Engineers work in accordance with the most up-to-date government advice and wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when on site.
