This is hand in hand with our relationship with Hill Care – offering the best standard of work, quality of engineers and a high standard of support from DFP. We have worked with Hill Care since 2008 offering unlimited assistance across the portfolio of homes. We are privileged to be part of Hill Cares ever growing portfolio making sure they are fully compliant. We carry out the servicing as a tailored Care Home package including their Mechanical and Electrical planned maintenance and a 24/7 reactive service. We are continuing to invest in our relationship and promote innovative technologies including wireless Nurse Call and Fire Alarm systems. We take the compliance fears away from them and provide a managed system that enables them confidence that their homes are fully compliant with their own bespoke login and automatic certificates – when CQC land on their door they have no issues supplying certificates. If required they can login to their bespoke platform and download all the certificates they need.

Continuing to grow together we have carried out many new installations including Fire Alarms, Nurse Call, Plant Room Refurbishments and Lighting Upgrades to name a few.

Hill Care have supported our business changes to encourage a paperless reporting system and new technologies to move into the future together and with every confidence in our long standing relationship
