As part of a 5-year contract with Home Group, DFP Services are responsible for the service and maintenance of:
· Fire Alarms
· Ancillary Equipment
· Fire Extinguisher
· Emergency Lights
The contract is comprised of 716 sites in the North of England including Scotland. To ensure Home Group are never without service, we provide a 24/7/365 reactive service and 2-hour response time.
The contract was previously held by a poorly performing incumbent and subsequently, Home Group were lacking asset information and unaware of which assets they had at sites such as new buildings. To facilitate improvements and support Home Group to better understand their portfolio, we developed a bespoke asset sheet for our Engineers to complete on each job. This meant that by the first 6 months of the contract, Home Group had up-to-date asset information for all of their sites.
