DFP Services support Sanctuary Housing Group, one of the UK’s largest not-for-profit housing associations, by providing a reactive out-of-hours 24/7/365 emergency call-out service. Following an internal business decision to appoint a dedicated internal Maintenance Team to carry out all Planned Preventative Maintenance and reactive calls during working hours, Sanctuary Housing identified that appointing an established local contractor to attend their emergency and out-of-hours call-outs across their North Region.
