Project services

We provide a comprehensive service and maintenance package to South Lakeland District Council where all HVAC assets, including air-conditioning units, ventilation and boiler systems are serviced in line with all current legislation and best practice.

For South Lakeland District Council, we initially took on the contract utilising a sub-contractor for all assets requiring F-Gas competency, with the view to upskilling our own Mechanical Engineers, allowing us to bring the service 100% in-house once enough had the relevant F-Gas qualifications. We now are able to confidently and efficiently deliver 100% of works within our excelling in-house team – a factor that you will greatly benefit from with us being able to deliver air-conditioning servicing and reactive maintenance in-house.

Following contract award, DFP were awarded a large boiler replacement project at Coronation Hall. The building is a 636-seat theatre and the largest hall in the South Cumbria area. The Hall was built in the 20th Century and completed in the First World War meaning it is one of South Cumbria's most historic buildings. By entrusting DFP Services with the installation, their day-to-day service was completely undisturbed and their plant room fully refurbished to include a more energy-efficient heating solution.
