Previously SSI Steelworks, South Tees Site Company is a 4,500-acre site owned by the government. The area is one of the largest redevelopment opportunities in the country and STSC are responsible for making the area safe to aid future developments. At present, the plans are to develop the area into a giant business park as part of Teesside’s regeneration plan.

The industrial nature of the site, as a former steelwork, means that our Engineers have to work around stringent and robust processes and procedures to safely install and maintain equipment at STSC.
Our Engineers must have relevant safety passports before working on the site and complete a thorough site induction. All Engineers are provided with robust PPE to further ensure their safety.
